I'm sure it's well intended but I somehow doubt it's very realistic. I checked several options to find something I could afford and figured out there's nothing. If I search for something not well maintained it's a credit + costs for renovation = not enough left to live from. If it's far away it's a credit + driving costs = not enough left to live from. If it's in the city and well maintained it's a high credit = not enough left to live from.<br/><br/>Obviously I need a partner to co-invest, otherwise I'm doomed. :( And yes, I will probably find a solution in 5 years, but the situation is bothering me now.
