I would like to open or register a new company or branch office of my dubai company. What are the expenses of government and what are your charges (fee). please send me in detail in my e.mail. If i come my self to the country, is it possible to register the company by my self.

For starters, you can take a look at the website of the Employment Service of Slovenia.

What I found here at a quick glance that might be of interest to you is this:

E-counselling system is aimed at all unemployed persons and job seekers, however, it will undoubtedly be used mainly by younger unemployed persons and other job seekers, who are more experienced in using e-services on the internet.

@blogar: Hey as long as it’s just dead ATM and not the ATM that croaks when it reads your account info, your entrepreneurial spirit will pick up in no time. I do know all about aversion to paperwork, however. And am so thankful to Binula for all her help in that respect

not today… my entrepreneurial spirit is dead ATM… i have a headache… its february 1s… i have to print invoices and close last years papers, create reports for AJPES and IRS

i would give anything for emergency accountant program and a virtual assistant

@P: I believe that is still the case with the difference being that you no longer need a notarized copy of the Articles of Association (družbena pogodba) to open the special account.
