But it wouldn't work in the states. Unfortunately, Americans get far less vacation than Slovenians and most of us live too far away from Mexico to drive down there. We actually have perfectly nice(r) beaches on our own turf. So people generally just go to beaches in their own state and never ever leave the country. I think this Zares idea is a good one.
