		<description>Ha! You&#039;re right, actually. It&#039;s similar in some other aspects as well. Size-wise for example. And since its University is growing stronger, so is the student population in town. Which along with the influx of young EU institution employees from the &quot;new members&quot; has apparently improved social life considerably. And contrary to my expectations, the sun is shining all the time (knock on wood! I know this won&#039;t last, but still...)</description>
