Good question!
According to the City of Ljubljana site (click here), the green ring is still called Pot spominov in tovarištva - can’t find it on the English pages, though.

Uh, thank God, I began to worry people don’t want to remember any more, and even worse, they don’t want to be comrades anymore. So I guess there’s still hope even though your medal doesn’t say it.
